Your Yellow

Your brown,

Your black, red and white,

But you are only three colors
when you are called on to fight.

If your German or English yes even French too
The colors we stand for are red white and blue.

Were Italian, were Polish, Irish, and
Jew but you fight for our right to be red
white and blue

Freedom is the right for every woman and man
you took an oath to defend it where ever you can.
I thank god that we still have men and women like
you who are willing to fight for the red white and blue.

*~*~* "Amazing Grace" *~*~*

Amazing grace, how sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like me.

I once was lost, but now I'm found.

'Twas blind, but now I see.

Hear me my brothers and my sisters, hear the
words of Three Eagles.

I speak to you from my heart, I speak to your heart.

In these times of troubles, be brave of spirit,
for we must be one people. We must stand together
as brothers.

And to those spirits who evil has taken from us,
I say.. Sleep my children sleep in peace..

I thank God that we still have men and women
like you who are willing to die for the
Red, White and Blue.

Hello, my name is Helen, aka Lady Fairiedust here on
the web. I am very happy you have come here today.

This page is here because I heard this song, and
it touched my heart and soul.

Coming from the original and first Americans.
It is the ultimate tribute to our great Nation as a whole.

I would like to thank Eddie Three Eagles for giving me
permission to use it here.

I am dedicating this site to a dear Vietnam Veteran Friend.
Rebel Dave. He along with thousands of other Vietnam Veterans
are very close to my heart for many reasons, and if you have
visited my America's Tribute Sites, you know why. You will
also know that ALL Veterans are special to me..

Without all of them, we would not have the freedom to be
sitting here at our computers saying what ever we want to
right or wrong. They all fought and many died for this
ultimate freedom. To you all I say Thank you, and to our
Vietnam Veterans, I will add a Welcome Home!.

The Vietnam Veterans of Melbourn Florida is held there every
year.. I was honored one year to go.. But my health and
other factors prevented me from attending this years event..

But being the wonderful friend that he is he sent me some
pictures of it.. It is here that I would like to share
them with you all..

Vietnam returned to us Veterans that had changed.
Some good some bad..

But I can tell you one thing it did.. It brought us some
very talented poets that wrote what they felt in their
hearts, souls and spirits.. Trying to come to terms with
the horror's that war left them with.

I am including Dave's poem he wrote, along with the
pictures of his reunion.

Dave this page is dedicated to you my friend, and to all
who were with you over there.. You honor me by allowing me
to share in your experiences, and share your reunion.

Thank you.. and God Bless you all..

*~*~* Ode To A Vietnam Vet *~*

You were young and so was I,
Way back when we were little guys.

We played our games of war and hate,

Not ever thinking of our fate.

You would run and hide,

I would look for you as time went by.

I would laugh about the win,

You would cry about the loss

Those were the days back then,

When we were young and innocent.

Time went on and we became older,

That's when we became much bolder.

We turned and joined the Marines,
Just to show that we were mean.

We went to a far off land, accross to a
place where there was no sand.

A place they called Vietnam.

We did our time and paid the price,

For something we thought was right.

Shots rang out in the night,

When I looked you where no where in sight.

You called out my name then layed still,

I tryed to help but I to layed still.

No more worries for you and I,

For now we walk and guard

The beautiful heavenly skies.
